Welcome to Stay West Palm, a burgeoning hospitality brand in South Florida developed by Conlon and Co, a modern-day merchant bank founded by famed real estate investor and host of CNBC’s “The Deed,” Sean Conlon.
While living in Palm Beach, Sean Conlon witnessed an influx of new visitors to the area, along with rising hotel prices. Recognizing an opportunity, Sean envisioned an innovative hospitality model blending his passion for real estate with a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences focused on exceptional customer service at an accessible price point.

Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is before 11 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Cancellations made more than 10 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
The Property is rented for personal use only. Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the owner.
The number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy limit specified in the booking details. All guests must be registered prior to check-in. There is a $500 fee for any unregistered guests.
Guests are expected to treat the Property with respect and leave it in a clean and orderly condition upon check-out.
Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately and may result in charges for repairs or replacements.

No smoking in your unit or anywhere in the building.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM – 8AM, please respect your fellow travelers and keep noise to a minimum during those hours… and no parties.
Visitors are required to be registered on your reservation prior to arrival. Please refer to your reservation for max capacity of your unit.
We love furry friends! Please register your pet prior to your stay so we can best accommodate your pet’s needs. Pet fees are $20 per pet / night. Service dogs with appropriate documentation always stay at no charge!
For your pet’s comfort we provide some goodies you may use during your stay which you will find in the bedroom closet: poop bags, blanket, toys, water/food bowls, a lint roller and sofa cover. Please note, there is a $500 fee for unregistered pets.
